1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • United Kingdom: Return shipping is free
  • All other countries: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos before providing return or replacement instructions.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

8. Late or Missing Refunds
