2. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping
- United Kingdom: Return shipping is free
- All other countries: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos before providing return or replacement instructions.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
