We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with:
- A return shipping label, and
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:
- The item is damaged,

- The item is defective.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right promptly—either through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:

- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

5. Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to:
- Complete a return for the original item, and
- Place a new order for the replacement product once your return is accepted.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the returned item must be:
- In its original condition (unused and unworn),
- Containing all original tags and packaging, and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
