1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, your order will be forwarded to the appropriate manufacturer or fulfillment partner for packaging and shipment.

1.2 Third-Party Fulfillment
ElegantAdobe partners with trusted manufacturers and logistics providers to handle product fulfillment. The manufacturer or supplier is responsible for packaging and dispatching products directly to the customer.

1.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your order ships, a tracking number and carrier information will be provided.


2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Times

2.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship worldwide, with free standard shipping available on most products.

2.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination. Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Shipping & Transit: 5–16 business days

Transit times within the 48 contiguous United States are generally between 4–13 business days, depending on warehouse and destination.

2.4 International Deliveries
International orders may take up to 16 business days. Customs or import processes may cause additional delays beyond our control.


3. Tracking Information

3.1 Tracking Updates
Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

3.2 Lost or Delayed Packages
All shipments are covered by insured shipping and handling. If your order is lost, held at customs, or returned to sender, contact us at sales@elegantadobe.us.
We will investigate the matter and, if appropriate, ship a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in USD. Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply once your package arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, contact sales@elegantadobe.us before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5.2 Damages & Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.

ElegantAdobe ensures all products listed on our website match their descriptions and specifications.

6.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Any applicable warranties are provided by the manufacturer. ElegantAdobe does not offer additional warranties beyond what is listed.


7. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. ElegantAdobe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Privacy & Data Handling

8.1 Data Use
Customer data is collected and handled per our Privacy Policy.
Order-related information may be shared with manufacturers and logistics partners solely for order fulfillment purposes.


9. Limitation of Liability

ElegantAdobe’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delay, or delivery.

This Policy and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Texas courts.

Fulfillment Agreement

This Fulfillment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between GrowthFactor LLC, operating the e-commerce website ElegantAdobe (“Company”), and the customer (“Customer”) who places an order through the Company’s website, www.elegantadobe.us.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Product(s)” refers to the items listed for sale on the ElegantAdobe website.

1.2 “Manufacturer” refers to the third-party entity responsible for producing and/or storing and/or shipping the Products.

1.3 “Order” refers to a purchase request submitted by the Customer through the ElegantAdobe website.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

2.1 The Company agrees to process Orders placed by Customers through the ElegantAdobe website.

2.2 Upon receipt of an Order, the Company will promptly transmit the Order details to the appropriate Manufacturer for fulfillment.

2.3 The Manufacturer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the Product(s) directly to the Customer.

3.2 The Company will provide estimated shipping times on the ElegantAdobe website, but these are not guaranteed.

3.3 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

3.4 Risk of loss and title for Products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 The Company’s return and refund policy, as stated on the ElegantAdobe website, will govern all transactions.

4.2 Customers must contact the Company, for all return and refund requests which company will fulfill promptly as it sees fit on case by case basis.

5.2 Any warranties on Products are limited to those provided by the Manufacturer.

5.3 The Company does not make any additional warranties regarding the Products.

6.2 The Company will share necessary Order information with Manufacturers for fulfillment purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product(s) in question.

7.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or the Products.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.

9. Amendments

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

9.2 Continued use of the ElegantAdobe website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to  sales@elegantadobe.com for additional assistance in this matter.

Things to know:

  1. It may take up to 24 hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing.
  2. Once your order ships, transit time is 4 to 13 business days within the 48 contiguous United States, based on shipping location. Deliveries to the USA can take up to 11 business days, depending on the shipping location and clearing customs.
  1. Our free shipping offer can’t apply to all products.
  2. We do not ship on major holidays, including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day

Will I Receive A Tracking Number For My Package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What Do I Do If My Order Is Lost In The Mail?

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Are There Any Hidden Customs Fees Or Import Taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
